Enjoy. I still have my Finsbury Park t-shirt from 1998. I'm seeing them in Sheffield too.

I'm going and looking forward to it. If any locals have car parking advice for that area, it'd be much appreciated.

Finsbury Park tickets acquired via resale. Was a mission to obtain but am going although it clashes with nephew's birthday. He'll have other birthdays though

Pulp were amazing but Finsbury Park, is one of the worst venues. It used to be that queuing to get in and finding water points were the main gripes but now the queues for alcohol are excruciating. I queued for an hour at a cocktail bar when the queue was relatively short. Those who joined behind me prob queued closer to 90 mins . The main bars looked even worse. But Pulp were superb.

Is there a cleverer song than something changed?

Why do you think this is the cleverest ?

i travel all over

I wrote the song two hours before we met

I didn't know your name or what you looked like yet

Oh, I could have stayed at home and gone to bed

I could have gone to see a film instead

You might have changed your mind and seen your friends

Life could have been very different but then

Something changed

Do you believe that there's someone up above?

And does he have a timetable directing acts of love?

Why did I write this song on that one day?

Why did you touch my hand and softly say

"Stop asking questions that don't matter anyway

Just give us a kiss to celebrate here today"

Something changed

When we woke up that morning we had no way of knowing

That in a matter of hours we'd change the way we were going

Where would I be now, where would I be now if we'd never met?

Would I be singing this song to someone else instead?

I don't know but like you just said

Something changed

It leaves the listener uncertain as to whether he met someone or not . Kinda genius

It was a proper moment when they played that. JC dedicated it to his band member who died not long ago.
