Again not a movie but the final scene of Blackadder Goes Forth. For a comedy show that had no issue making fun of war up to this point this scene was so poignant even the cast could only do the be take of it. Goosebumps every time.

The Monica Bellucci in the underpass one? Yes, shockingly realistic and gut wrenching sickly! That's one I can still remember myself.

There was another scene with Dennis Hopper and a bottle in Blue Velvet that I seem to have blocked out also and haven't watched it since because of this really vague memory.
