Once a week is good. 3 times a week, yep, i like that too.
3 times a day,every day. No.
I tried it, It takes a lot of time and energy, and left me exhausted, needing time to recover.
I think this would be a great way to overcome sex addiction! OSHO prescribed it for his students who were constantly thinking about sex and couldnt think about anything else. |

Multiple times everyday when young wasn't even a chore but now two or three times a week is probably enough with the odd quickie thrown in for the excitement value.  |

I tried the once a day for 2 weeks while trying for children. sounds great but can become a chore after a few months of it. what's seldom is wonderful, once or thrice a week. quality over quantity.

Rube, you have both extremes here, once a week is too little and 3 times a day is 21 times per week, could we not compromise and go for 10 times a week? Surely everything in life is about compromise, I’m sure we can do a deal! |
