Ryanair from Shannon

Flying from Shannon to Beziers leaves you arriving in Cap d'Agde late evening which to me is a day lost.

I fly out Ryanair Dublin to Carcassonne which leaves me a bit more of the arrival day to settle in.

Head in to security about 4.00 am flight is 5.45 arrives for 9.05 local time in time for breakfast
