Customer Care is brutal but actual Internet service is fine. Its cheaper than sky too. I do the installs. They're all the same tbh

Eir has zero customer service and at the time I stopped using their service their internet was brutal.

I would advise anyone to stay clear unless you have absolutely no other option available.

Only have my bill pay phone with them and their a lot better then when I first signed the contract ten years ago. Customer service is brutal but thankfully I barely need to deal with them on a regular basis
