What do people filter their pics and then post on the forum that their meets don't lead to anything and they can't figure out why..
Here is a wild guess the pics you posted and sent are not a true representation of what you really look like. That sets off alarm bells for lots of people. They look totally different to their pics so what else are they hiding. Just saying. |

I look completely different with a full face of make up than I do without. At the end of a good session I'm sure they wonder where the hell the woman at the start of the meet went |

Their profile they can do what they want. No more than a guy saying he's 40 but definitely celebrated 40 years ago. It happens makes no sense hut yet some that filter their pics still get loads of meets. |

I've uploaded a pic that reflects just that - "insta babe" filter culture.
Personally hate them with a passion. Filters make normal women feel inadequate and make regular men have unrealistic expectations of what a normal woman should look like.

In fact DH, me and my pal Michael here are going to send you a double cock pic... as if we're gearing up for a sword fight.
(Not actually taking part in one, it's just for the pic. Not my thing.)
Be in touch soon... |

I consider my pics pretty real, although I may change them to black and white or something after I take them I wouldn’t consider them very filtered.
Maybe I’m a better photographer then model…..
But I don’t post pics with the intention of misleading anyone, generally I post them for my own amusement, maybe I’m just easily amused…. |

I think most of us take pics from our most “flattering” angles. I don’t see any issue with changing a pic to b&w. What is an issue is facetune or the like being used to alter your body…I just don’t know why you’d do that if you have any intention of meeting people.
Using old pics is just as bad but that can usually be easily enough spotted by the quality of the pics, the surroundings, clothes etc. |

You have filter pictures on your profile
Filtering is fine, doesn’t change the subject just the tone. Now if you are talking about photo manipulation or simple photo theft and misrepresentation, then completely agree. However, filters are fine. From the early age of photography there has been strategic lighting and composition, which one could argue is the precursor to filtering. Every going back further, masters like Rembrandt used lighting to get a desire portrait results (which is why Rembrandt lighting is still used today).

I am not a photographer or am I up to date with the terminology used . When I said filters I ment using sortware to change your features face body shape etc. Nothing wrong with showing your best features in your pics or black or white or different lighting . |

Photoshopped pics to me suggest a lack of self confidence and depending on the severity it can be false advertising.
No harm in a filter and a flattering angle
Of course I’ll be happy to look at any pics to make sure they’re all above board |

"Save it for insta. There is no place for all that here"
I think I misinterpreted what was meant by this thread. I wouldn't be giving out about things like moving a pic to black and white, or cropping, colorising, blacking out, pixelating etc. Lso using angles or lighting to make the most of what you have is of course fine. What's an issue is when a filter immeasurably improves the appearance of a face or body so that it totally misrepresents what it looks like in reality. That's asking for trouble when stuff goes real-life. |

Absolutely agree and I think it is just a misunderstanding of terminology. Certainly angles, filters, lighting, even makeup and lingerie all help to present the subject in the best possible light, but it’s still the same person. Also, if you feel sexier, then it’s going to reflect in the final result.
If someone is doctoring photos, using enhancement software, or any of that shit, then they deserve negative feedback. It’s like turning up to buy a Ferrari and then finding out that it’s 95 Micra with high mileage, previous accident history, no tax and no NCT |
