"Woke around 2am bright as a button..no idea why
What's keeping you awake? "
Slept like a log , l just wake early when l have enough sleep got...the body is the best time keeper of all ..it tells you when you are tired , hungry ,unwell ,need to use the bathroom, horny etc and it never knows the time on the clock .. the body is brilliant really. |

I experience poor sleeping habits when travelling, maximum 4 or 5 hours sleep which isn’t enough for me to function properly.
At home my circadian rhythm is perfect and this is down to routine, my sleep patterns are consistent and you could set your watch by them.
Maybe it’s down to routine, or maybe I haven’t a clue |

It's recommended 7-9 hours sleep a night for a long life, people who don't get enough sleep die younger |

Just when you thought it was safe to come out, it off the blue comes the comment that says you're Fkd if you don't get 7-9 hours sleep on the regular. Until..... someone else come out and shits all over that theory. Haha love it. No disrespect to any posters of course. I know don't get enough either but when I do, there's nothing that'll wake me till I've had 6 hours of sweet sweet pleasure with my pillow so the 2 things that usually keep me awake are caffeine (what were ya thinking) and excitement. |

I know I don't get enough, but I'm not going to lose more sleep over it and I seem to function perfectly fine on little. I just wish there was someone to fiddle with when I get bored at 3am |

I’ve no idea why or what is causing this but every morning I wake up between 4/5 nearly at the exact same time. Has been happening now for the last year , no matter what time I go to bed at 8/9 or 10 I am always woke for no reason . |

They say geneics play a role in sleep too some need more than others, envious of you only needing 4 a night, don't think I could function the next day |

I'm a sleep addict, my current schedule (if you could call it that) means sleep at 2am and either I go to the office with 5 hours sleep or I stay home and get 7, wake up for about 15 minutes, and go back to sleep till as late as 3 or 4.
It could be the happy pills, my poor exercise routine or the fact I'm at my best at night, I don't know.
Saying that, sometimes the sleeping world is morning beckoning |

The advice from most sleep experts is that when you wake, fully refreshed, then you should arise and do something productive.
