"Go to the gym and use the treadmill to run, for the life of me I don't understand people who do this. Get out doors and enjoy the views and fresh air . Beats looking at the wall8"
Road running..trail running can damage your knees...back...ankles...
The treadmill is a softer approach...and you can always stop when you have enough and get off where you started |

"Don't know what to do go for a run or go to the gym. Help needed.."
Fair play on run. Just get outdoors, evenings getting longer. There are hiking clubs, fit for life running clubs, swimming clubs. Enjoy the outdoors. I go to gym once a week well most weeks, to do a circuit exercise session. |
