sum guy just blocked me cos i told him i wudnt meet him unless i seen a face pic of him,do sum ppl honestly expect ppl to meet them without seeing what they luk like?does anyone do blind meets?just curious |

yea he did,he sent body pics which were nice and i accepted his friend in vite,i have a face pic for friends,he said hed luv to meet me so i asked him to send me a face pic and he said he never sends face pics so i said well i wont be meeting u so ,then he blocked me |

That's very odd.
I've gotten some strange behaviour from wanted to meet at the drop of a hat too.
Why would they expect me to meet a stranger with nothing more than a line of text? |

I don't ask for face pics nor as a rule do i send them,pics are ten a penny on the internet. This doesn't sit well with some people but sure everyone is different,at least on cam you can see the person in real life!!!!!! |

Most of my meets on here have been 'blind' with the exceptions of the lovely Mizz and Mrs M and that's only because they were on cam in chat. It might seem a bit of a cliche but I really prefer a dirty fun mind to model looks.
Probably helps to know that if someone is willing to give me their home address then I'm pretty sure I can trust them!  |

im not asking for a model but i do like to see who someone is before i meet them, never know who could be at the other end off a keyboard. for all i know could be a family member friend or anyone. id rather be safe rather than the red face. lol |

we dont sent our facial pix but we r happy to verify ourself on cam with who ever we r going to meet.....it could have been the same case here

I did a blind last monte coffee meet with someone from here and ended up meeting the wrong person!!!!
It only came to light when I mentioned my profile info on fab and he was like.. What's fab!!!
He was waiting for a last from a different site.. 
I text my "date" and promptly went out to reception where he was waiting..

I see your point.
But it does piss me off when I get ask to send a face pic straight away. Due to my job I cant just send face pics out.. I prefer webcam as a pic could be of anyone.
I wish there was a private chat room on here just one to one. |

If someone's unprepared (especially if they're requesting meets) to provide something innocuous and relatively everyday like a face pic. safe bet they're either married , a gargoyle or a generic opportunistic troll exploiting the nature of the site on a fishing expedition for pics and textual wank fodder or all of the above!
best to block and ignore rather than field a grocery lists worth of lame evasive excuses from them. |

While I agree with a face pic or cam a blinded can be a little more exciting however if requested its not the end of the world no matter what or who u are surly u have had a raphore with this person enough to agree to meet |
