If your just looking for 1 for the house then amazon is as handy as anywhere....look for 1 that locks into the side as well as the top of a door frame.....some resistant bands can help too, attached to top of bar to take some weight as you pull...no need to go expensive

Don't buy 1 of those extendable door frame bars, it will fall and you'll injure yourself,, best ones are bolted to a wall for extra stability

I got a door frame one from Amazon and its great, can fit and remove it easily with no screws needed and its very secure.

It's not the one that goes inside the door frame, it hooks onto the front and back.

Hard to describe, feel free to pm me your kik and I can show you the exact type.

Try McSport, they have a door attached bar, multiple positions that settles around the door frame

130kg and the weight is transferred horizontally towards the frame/wall on either side, instead of vertically down.

Now if you are planning to do that silly crossfit style flopping about fast pullup, I agree that you need it bolted or just buy a rowing machine.

I literally need one to gain confidence of hanging, up until a month ago I wouldn't even chance an assisted pull-up, many a trainer and gym have tried to get me to lift my two feet of a box, or a bench etc. Honestly never thought I would but I did, and as for hanging from a bar even with a 2" drop my brain freaks. And I'm over 100kg so definitely need something strong

Thats a bit of an over statement... If this were the case they would no longer be for sale and therefore sale for decades because they work.

Don't get soccer into spending a lot of money on what is basically the same thing only with a brand name on it.
