Too many to pick a fav. I mean there's all the many italian breads and beyond.
But atm I do love brioche loaves and rolls, and veda and muffins if they count.
Rarely eat white bread anymore.
Recently learnt to avoid Kingsmill for when I just have to have a piece of white toast. Hovis is much kinder to the digestion ![](/icons/thumb_up.png) |

Pairs off well with the healthy trade in 'real' Tayto
Don't forget to pack butter
(Not for lube) |

If we're talking Tayto too, has to be Dairylea on the bread for a crisp sandwich ![](/icons/s/2/lovestruck.gif) |

"My fav right now would be anything toasted with butter and jam and brought up to me here in bed. And I do mean anything. Even the sole of my shoe would do...with coffee."

She's having a spa day with the other Aul Dolls from the bingo group. They are taking the Piss and turning mothers day in to a 3 day weekend
And I still don't have any toast..Jez. |

Depends what the bread is being used for.
Soda for a fry, wheaten for salads, granary for poached eggs, white for sandwiches or toast and the favourite for anytime is Veda toasted with lashings of proper butter. I’m a fussy lass when it comes to food at the best of times so kinda glad I know what breads I like with different meals. Mrs x |

Totally feeling this. Bacon sandwiches are best in bog standard sliced white bread or a soft floury bap. Soda bread & slim with a fry over fried bread or toast any day. Poached eggs on sourdough. Toasted crumpets with cheese spread. There's a bread for every occasion ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

Kerrygold is not made exclusively in Cork.
There’s several dairy plants processing it in Ireland under the name, including one in Northern Ireland ![](/icons/s/wink.gif) |

"The multi seed loaf from lidl is unreal, could eat the whole thing with a black of real butter, delish"
Lidl bread is surprisingly good, but nowhere as good as artisan bread which almost tastes 'homemade' in contrast to white batch loaves which are produced industrially, and loaded with salt and preservative |
