Ok, so myself and Mr. Pea completely disagree on this and I'd be interested to see what other people's option is.
Is it OK to put a previous players name on a new season jersey?
Examples:
Hènry on 2023 Arsenal kit.
Fowler on 2023 Liverpool kit.
Keane on 2023 Utd kit.
So on so on.
Yes, I'm aware people can put whatever they want on jerseys. I've seen surnames etc on them and it's a person's personal choice to put whatever they want.....blah blah blah lol
This is just ongoing debate we have and curious to see who's right lol

"Seems a bit pointless and says more about your opinion on the current crop of players. "
It has absolutely nothing to do with my opinion on the current crop of players.
We all have our favourite players who are no longer with clubs yet still support the club.
That is all |

"Nope! Don't do it.
Go online get a vintage kit of and put them on that"
We both have vintage jerseys of our different teams and we both have originals going back many, many years, not that they fit anymore lol
I've originals going back to when I was in my teens but I'd never part with them regardless of how much they don't fit anymore. |

I have a vintage jersey when I asked in the theater of dreams (it’s the only time it’s taken out) too get a past players name on it they informed me that the new lettering numbers would devalue the shirt last time I checked it was worth 1100 |
