The best cure for it that Ive found is the actual ability to have a nap while also having something completely irrelevant to look up on my phone. The desire to get rest is wrestled from my mind by the need to watch a YouTube short |

Treat yourself to a bodily pleasure. An hour or two on your own, a swim , a hot tub, sauna, a massage, peaceful music, tea and toast. There's always something you can do .
Ive a half hour to myself. right now,I'm listening to the Solfeggio frequencies, Frankinscence on the burner, and snuggled up on the sofa. |

I was always tired, always needing a sleep during the day. Stuggled to get through 13 hours shifts. Well turns out I have sleep apnea and stopping breathing 50 times an hour is not good for your tiredness lol. Have to sag since i started cpap jesus the difference is unbelievable |

Cant do ... can't nap cant sleep in day hours ..can't sleep in noisy environments.... |

Your dead right . I had to force myself to practice some me time in the past ... however it just dosnt come naturally. |

Powers naps are my fav..followed by a hot shower
Also taking Vitamin C regularly boosts your immunity and gives you energy.
