Yes, its an act of gross indecency. How should they be punished?... I didnt consider that when posting.
It brings home to me, how I've (we've) become used to crimes in plain sight. The guy behind me on the bus, yesterday loudly selling drugs, on his phone.
A woman slapping her child on the face in a supermarket.
A man who regularly beats his wife, and everyone knows.
Im not convinced, though, that watching a couple have public sex might be psychologically damaging to an onlooker.(it would appear all the other passengers are adults) Maybe fab has corrupted me!

You never know the background or lived experiences of those adults though.
Consent is talked about often on the fora. I doubt the other passengers gave their consent to having someone else's sex life foisted upon them. Would we be titillated by a man flashing on the same bus? |

I think it's pretty pathetic that people did it if I'm honest. And no I wouldn't do it as consent is pretty important to me I don't and wouldn't flaunt my sex life in front of unsuspecting people just because I feel horny I'm actually a grown adult who can control myself when out in public. And I think those that don't are pretty sad if I'm honest .Just because I'm on a swingers site does not mean I think it's okay to have sex in a public place in front of people who are just going about their daily lives. |

I've been guilty in the past of intimate but discreet touching on a bus with only one other passenger apart from us but this is totally different.
I'm not one to kink shame but there's nothing clever about beating non consenting people around the head to prove how horny you are. |

I have seen the video, its doing the rounds on whattsapp etc. I not only dont believe its on any dublin public transport, i dont believe its in Ireland. And if it is then its years only goung bu the design on the seat covers on the seats.. the pattern and design are all changed now. Its certainly not on any LUAS either. |
