Anyone remember the film Shirley Valentine and the famous scene where she described "The F Plan"...
Well Iv decided I'm going to give it a go. Kicking off in March I'm thinking and I'm going to need a bit of help if its all going to go to plan.. LOL...
So if your interested in being part of this most inovative of diets - then express your interest here... LOL...
