So have been a tad stressed lately and decided to try a breathing excercise on you tube... Jeepers i couldnt believe how good i felt.... Has anyone done classes etc around dublin...? |

Breathe in through nose to count of 8, hold breath for count of 8 and breathe out through mouth for count of 8, hold lungs empty for count of 8.
Repeat this 8 or 10 times and stress levels start to drop.
Practice sitting in traffic or watching tv.

Yea, I find 3,4,5 technique quite good. And also touching things...not a breathing technique but more for when you're a little overwhelmed..I'll try touch 5 or 6 things around me (save the filthy comments you dirt birds...I mean inamiate objects ) |
