I'd tell him to stop being a dick who makes ridiculous statements and trivialises what is a serious issue just so that he can stick two fingers up at my boundaries. Then I'd block him.

I’m not trivializing anything... it’s a joke, a pun, a dig.. call it what you will.
Everyone, anyone, tri, bi, trans, aliens alike should know it’s not possible to ‘identify as a couple’
Christ or whatever entity (or not) you believe in should understand this.
Do you all run for cover when Ricky Gervais appears on the TV, shocking to be ‘triggered ‘ by something so banal on a sex site of all things, where all forms of ‘intercourse’ are taken and accepted for granted.
Sales of Pointe must be on the rise with all the tippy toeing around.
Anyway for sake of peace...
