And the point is ?..both are in their full mental health, who is anyone to judge on whatever age they are , if they were to listen to the negativity they would never get married, there are way more things going on in the world than 86 + 65...fair play to them . |

Agreed. This is a good news story in a time of media shite. Anyone lucky enough to find love should celebrate it. Let them have 151 candles on the cake. Let them have fireworks even. |

Firstly we'll spotted.
Secondly I absolutely congratulate the happy couple.
I was mearly making the point that enough candles for their combined ages would take up a lot of room on the cake.
And any joyous coming together of people from North and South can only be a good thing. |

My parents are married 66 years...87 and 84 years young 171 years between them and this is probably their last year together
Best wishes to the happy couple....they've been with each other a long time |
