"What is it with people’s profiles saying last negative sti….. anyone else reading between the lines that they have had positive tests "
I read it as they care enough about their health to test regularly |

Where's the eye roll emoji it's attitudes like this about the importance of sexual Health drives me fucking nuts. Yes I get tested regularly...Yes I post it on my profile ..Yes I have safe sex.. Yes I post on the forums regularly about the importance of regular testing ...Yes I ask people when they get tested but guess what No I have never had a STI. I discussed this with the midwives in the clinic I attend they are hoping people's small minded attitudes will change and people will look after their sexual Health as regularly as they visit GP etc. |

Postings as you mentioned OP are not indicative of a previous positive result at all. It just means that the most recent result was negative. It should be reassuring to know that they are monitoring their own sexual health and protecting the people they might play with.
The sh24 scheme is so easy to use and discreet. The fact that it is free is a huge bonus. There should be no stigma attached to regular testing. |

I like rosy have posted the sh24 website a few times and have mentioned about getting tested regularly. I'm not having sex regularly but I practice safe sex and would have no issue asking a guy I'm with when he last was tested.
Another " taboo" in this country I'd sooner be open about been tested than hide away the fact I do it.
