I'd relocate Tayto Park to the grounds of Trim Castle. No real reason, just for the shits and giggles. Maybe stick a go-kart track around the Newgrange monument... for the same reason. |

I had to google the echo gate there. I'd genuinely never heard of it. I've also never been to Tayto/Emerals/ask me arse Park. Sheltered. |

Laws to reduce rental and sale prices in county Galway
Restrictions on who buys (owner occupiers or maximum of 1 buy to let)
This reduces demand so reduces sale prices
But there is a Risk that this limits rental property . Some percentage of new council builds would be allocated as rent only .
Significant added restrictions on Airbnb also
