Anyone see the Mary Millington story the other night? I'd never heard of her but came across it when scrolling. She was a leading porn actress in the 60s and 70s. One of the things I took from it was all the women had bushes but normal for that era I guess. Full tidy bushes. It was just beautiful. |

As a schoolboy in the late 1970s I used to buy copies of Whitehouse and Playbirds with photospreads of Mary and her partner in crime Fiona Richmond from the liberal newsagents that didn't care about flogging top shelf stuff to underage lads! |

Yes and by the time those magazines made their way over here most of the pages were stuck together
One of them or possibly both were Bond Girls I think |

Those were the days, eh? My Dad (bless his cotton socks) found my stash in a drawer under the bed and although he appeared disgusted, I am sure he studied them well before delivering the stern lecture... |

"I'd be inclined to be thinking "what a tragic end to her life" rather than "oh! I think I'll grow out my pubic hair!""
Well ya that would be everyone's foremost thought. But the bush wouldn't go unnoticed just the same |

Mary Millington was a very attractive lady, back in the day, but regrettably she had a lot of issues to deal with, that were never properly addressed; and she was used and abused by several very unscrupulous villains in that business.
I have watched the program about her several times and did some background reading; a very sad ending to a very attractive, well intentioned but damaged lady who probably had undiagnosed mental health issues.
