Happy Christmas to each and everyone of you today, whether it's a day filled with love and happiness, or loneliness, or memories of people who aren't with you to celebrate this year.
Remember its just one day be kind to yourself, take time out abd just breathe, have that extra helping of dessert. Be thankful for the little pleasures.
And don't worry about what other people's day look likes, enjoy your own.

I got talked into doing a christmas day park run, seemed like good idea at the time, now not so much
