A few year ago.
I like going to record fairs and finding lots of old 80s synth pop and dance music 12".
I have gathered many of the old Now albums from the late 80s too.
My mates and I get together a few times a year to play some of it |

I bought a turntable last year and bought a few new vinyls this year. Though I found a couple of the new releases were scratched. Did anyone else get that. |

"Off topic but anyone recently purchased a vinyl turntable to bring analogue music back to life? I personally love the sound and feel of vinyl"
The only way to collect music now, i spend my time in tower in dundrum scouring the vinyls. |

Bought a Pro-ject Elemental a few years ago to play all my old vinyl but I have to say that it doesn't get a lot of new music on it. The price of new vinyl LP's is an absolute rip off! Double or more than the CD price for a less portable format that I have to get up and turn over to hear all of. Yes, I was a lover of the format years ago and you just can't beat the sleeves and especially the gatefolds but I have to say that it is only the odd one or two a year for me nowadays, whereas I would probably buy 20-40 CD's a year |
