What are you having for breakfast this morning?
Breakfast for me usually consists of just coffee, but this morning I’m planning on going out for breakfast before work, full Irish, the works, looking forward to it….
What are you having?
I don’t want to hear from anyone who’s having sex for breakfast…..fuckers…… |

Fruit salad with a good
Healthy dollop of Greek yogurt. But first things first...a double shot of coffee. I know I know.. we shouldn't have coffee for 90min after we wake up but its just too good with all that lovely frothy milk and I teeny tiny drop of vanilla....ohoha suit you sir. |

"Sex, strong coffee, spicy egg nests and toast
I have to ask...what is a spicy egg nest?"
Basically gently fry a chopped shallot or two, mushrooms, garlic and tomatoes until soft in a pan….add a teaspoon of Garam masala….throw in big handful of spinach leaves …put lid on and watch leaves wilt for a minute. Make little sections among the mixture and leaves and crack in eggs so they are like little self contained nests…sprinkle with salt and pepper, scatter small pieces of feta (we use halloumi) and drizzle with olive oil….put under hot girl until eggs cooked to your liking and serve |

Porridge with coconut milk, raisins, blueberries, strawberries, plant based yogurt, flax seeds and cinnamon this morning.
Sometimes I add pomegranate seeds, passion fruit or raspberries too.
