naas which is South West of Dublin

What are you having for breakfast this morning?

Breakfast for me usually consists of just coffee, but this morning I’m planning on going out for breakfast before work, full Irish, the works, looking forward to it….

What are you having?

I don’t want to hear from anyone who’s having sex for breakfast…..fuckers……

I generally don't have breakfast but after baking most of the day yesterday I might treat myself to some traditional German Christmas cookies with coffee

(If himself was around...well... but he isn't )

"Sex, strong coffee, spicy egg nests and toast

I have to ask...what is a spicy egg nest?"

Basically gently fry a chopped shallot or two, mushrooms, garlic and tomatoes until soft in a pan….add a teaspoon of Garam masala….throw in big handful of spinach leaves …put lid on and watch leaves wilt for a minute. Make little sections among the mixture and leaves and crack in eggs so they are like little self contained nests…sprinkle with salt and pepper, scatter small pieces of feta (we use halloumi) and drizzle with olive oil….put under hot girl until eggs cooked to your liking and serve
