After an exceptionally busy productive day, that would include a walk by the sea; it would home to a hot bath; my favourite meal, and then to bed with freshly washed sheets and a glass of apple cider vinegar and two fresh figs.

I would fade away whilst watching the closing scene of Soylent Green. Bliss!
