Having problems posting new topics. Any help appreciated.

Hey, I'm not sure if anybody had encountered this problem before.
Basically, when Ginger and I use our couple profile to try and post a new topic on any forum we get blank white screen and the topic doesn't post.
The same applies to when we try to comment on any thread.
The profile meets all the requirements for posting, ie, the profile is over two weeks old, we are photo verified and have been verified by other members.
We have never received any timeouts or warnings as we have never even posted on the forums.
Does anybody know what the issue may be?

Yes this happened to us at the very start...exactly as you describe it
It took a few repeat mails to admin to sort it out
