My wife opened an account last night and had loads off messages. Tonight it reached 400 now she can’t get in. It said the account needed photo verify which she submitted but still can’t get in. What is likely to be the issue.

Neither partner sure she’s “up for it”…. Maybe easier to talk to each other than posing the question to randomers on line ?
