Talk to her and try and find out why it's happening all the time. Have an adult discussion without either side getting annoyed and throwing accusations. Being rejected all the time would be completely demoralising after a while. But without talking about it things probably won't improve. |

Get to a doctor, enquire about counselling for you or both of you, maybe there's a reason for her rejecting you.
Does she know you are in her? Is been on here helping? |

Im in the same situation as you Op, she has no interest in sex, well with me anyway!!
But you could meet someone here, sneek around chatting with that person, meeting up with them, telling lies to your wife that your somewhere but your elsewhere meeting a fwb.
Just think about what you're going to do here and know what the consequences will be if your caught !!!

An maybe there's a reason she's gone off sex and it could be you, so why not try and solve the issue. If it was the other way around and you were the " one gone of sex" and your wife's sex drive through the roof.
Is she menopausal? Maybe look online some great supports out there. |

It's been said on many of the posts. Communication is key. I was in a similar situation with my ex but I knew why it was happening but it didn't help, as we both stopped talking about it and eventually the relationship broke down. (The pandemic didn't help) We have talked about it recently and we both said we wished we had the conversation when were together. Just be honest and ask. You might not like the answer but it's better to know than speculate! |

If verbal communication has completely terminated, set out the issues as you see them in a detailed letter and break the impasse; life is unusually stressful at present and opening up some form of communication is useful.
A letter can be a very carefully considered and crafted document the effect of which can be lifelong, for the better.
It can in effect be an agenda for a heart to heart frank and open discussion.
Consider it, as an option. |
