I think you're suggesting that people who fail their driving test should never be allowed drive again? That's a bit harsh
As for the second part... Everyone clearly does not get offended by everything. |

I can pretty much memorise work drawings in about 10 minutes and don't need to reference them again for the day.
Ask me what I was up to this day last week and I haven't the foggiest |

I cannot work at heights, due to acrophobia, that is often mistakenly called vertigo, which is a different, but frequently related, phenomenon.
Crucially, I can keep going for hours, which is a blessing!
