"I don't really like the term, but "alpha" is usually a dominant thing not a submissive thing."
I've seen this thing asked about before. I think what she means is any people, Alpha in their everyday life who like to be secretly submissive |

I use the term "alpha sub", and not in relation to the cliché that I hate of people who are dominant in their day to day situation but in kink seeking submission. I hate that cliché because there are people that are dominant in their day to day situation and who are dominant in kink. You get people who some would consider laidback and submissive in their day to day situation but dominant in kink, and there are people that switch.
For me alpha submissives are dominant in their day to day and dominant to everyone else but me. But if I am out of line or not looking after myself, they politely and submissively suggest an alternative. If the submissive is a medical doctor are you going to say you know better on health matters?
I steal the example from a Domme who wrote, something along the lines "I am Boudicca and my subs are my warriors".
