There are oodles of events in and around London, no matter what your interests are, and crucially, for me at least, language is not a problem.
The transport system is very good too, so hotels that are further out are cheaper than central London. |

"Dubrovnik is a nice destination in the Adriatic, 21 degrees right now. The old town is beautiful and the food is mouthwatering. "
sorry to say but Dubrovnik is overpriced and overcrouded, especialy when cruiser ship come. i would recomend Šibenik, Krka eaterfalls near Šibenik and Zadar with islands in front. You can travel Dublin to Split, then rent car to travel around |

I've done Iceland on a girls trip. Yes it's dear but we had B&B at the hotel so ate a massive breakfast, no lunch and only had to buy dinner
You can walk through a slice of a glacier at the Perlan exhibition.
There's the Blue Lagoon which is different but dear too.
Be prepared for eggy smelling tap water in your room.
If you want to see the Northern Lights be sure to bring the right kind of camera that can be adjusted for exposure and things. Mobile phone cameras don't work for it so it would be a wasted trip. No one tells you any of this, but you can google for what you need |

No, boke. I'm not tempted by those kind of challenges. I think I'd be ill just waiting for it to arrive to the table. |

Santorini. Now till March is off season and a great time if you want it quieter. Loads of places to visit too. Sunsets are stunning, food fantastic and culturally beautiful. June is possibly best time weather wise but avoid july-sept as it over crowded with tourist's. |
