I've had a difficult couple of months with several different things going on and I'd like to thank my friends both on and off fab for their help and support. Despite the utter lies that's being said about me and
the things that are being done on me they know who I really am they have stuck with me. Fair play guys and gals, ye are legends. |

Altruism rocks
The act of giving to someone else may have mental-health benefits because the very nature of focusing outside the self counters the self-focused nature of anxiety or depression," write researcher Carolyn Schwartz, ScD, of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and colleagues. |

This made me giggle I went to counselling years and years ago and the counsellor said your altruistic to a fault... I had to look up the definition of the word... she was right back then I have learned its okay and important to put my self first but I still feel there is room to be giving. X |
