The phrase:
"Everytime my _________ is _________, I always __________ the _________,"
The Rules:
1. Each person has to substitute words for the blanks that make sense in the sentence above.
2. The first person uses four words beginning with "A," the next person uses four beginning with "B," and so on through the alphabet or until people get bored...
I'll start it off with A..
"Everytime my Arse is Alert, I always Arrange the Aphrodisiac"

The Rules:

I'll start it off with A..
