The first ever Laois Pride Parade and Festival kicks off! AS a very proud Mammy to my LGBTQ daughter I'll be going along for support. I hope they have a amazing turn out as their pride mural was vandalised during the week ??
Come along at 12pm to Fitzmaurice Place, Church Street to join in the parade or watch it as it loops around town.
Stick around from 1:00-5:00pm to listen to Sparkle, watch Phil T Gorgeous and Pixie Woo entertain the masses plus tonnes more activities for everyone on the day |

Yes it's Portlaoise more details here. There's a Drag Party this evening
The parade starts at 12pm from Fitzmaurice place in Portlaoise, followed by a Laois Pride festival for all ages from 1-5pm.
Our Laois Pride after-party will take place in Kavanagh's Bar and Venue. Tickets are on sale now for 15 on eventbrite via the link in our bio! (This event is 18+)
