I have done it a lot! The "Prince/Marilyn Manson" stuff is bullsh*t, you don't need to remove anything. Just have to be somewhat flexible and not have a gut, as you have to be able to fold over.
Haven't done it for a while, but if I do good stretches every day for a week or two I can get back to it.
