Getting the crazy idea that a woman I had been seeing for two years and had broken up with was my soul mate and I was supposed to spend the rest of my life with her, then driving 100 miles to Belfast to tell her this and expecting it to all fall into place-which it partially did for a few months until she did me an enormous favour and ran off with her married boss! I didn't see it as a favour at the time but I really do now!
