Back when I drank it was water the morning after and then coffee in the afternoon. A guy I work found some powder you mix with a pint of water and drink before bed worked too. Found them on Amazon. Swears by them. |

Dioralyte and phizz when you come home and same again in the morning. A sea swim then will really cure ya on top of that.
Not near the sea- a good sleep and a good breakfast after that. Or just a maxi twist ice cream/tangle twister
PS if you have a banging headache make sure to eat first or you’ll get sick. Don’t bother with panadol, get ipbrofen- hangover headaches are because your brain swells have swollen with alcohol. |
