Do people stay away or have you hooked up with a fabber with in a mile... On your local search?

Nope as of yet only because 99.9% fabbers within a mile of me seem to be guys, which I've no problem with hanging out for coffee and chats laughs ect but I'm straight. Apart from that the area I'm from is relatively quite when it comes to things

Not a hope! Although looking forward to trying it some night soon when we are away

Those are usually the ones who have just run a mile when they see me.

I can think of a couple of words other than desperate to describe those particular individuals

We use who's near to figure out who to avoid

You would be wary. Especially when your trying to be private about it. All it takes is some knob with a big mouth to say something in the pub some night and everyone knows.

That's one of the things I dislike about being back in Ireland to be honest.

I don't use the search facility on here. Haven't done in years. I don't look to see who's near either and have it turned off.

I've been messaged by 2 couples who were in my area when I did have it turned on.

I met one of them for a chat on the street when restrictions were easing during lockdown and the other couple were entitled fuckers so I ignored them.

My fb lives within a quarter mile…very handy altogether.

If I get good vibes from someone close by, no issue meeting them.

Avoid like the plague, to close to home.

Somewhere in Co. Down

I avoid anyone who lives too close. Especially as I live in a rural area.

Yes I have and it's been fine. I had a stalker who had to travel and hour and a half and used to turn up at all hours of day and night uninvited, So, for me closer is better as you don't get the stalker treatment funnily enough.

Would have no issues with meeting someone within close proximity if it works for both of us.

There is one within a mile from me who has a great body and I can't figure out who it is but maybe it's for the best.

Very unlikely to meet within a mile if they are neighbours, but have been known to accommodate for a visitor

That is creepy especially if you haven't many houses nearby!

Fun to watch as distance goes down...then turn it off when "within 3 mile" shows!

That’s why you can test what your personal best is for a mile run.

I've actually worked out that 4 of my neighbours are on this from who's near me, both couples, I wouldn't go there though
