I have a friend looking for counselling. They are ideally looking for cost effective counselling. Any ideas be it online/phone ? Feel free to dm me suggestions or post here x |

HSE has a free Counselling in Primary Care service, your friend could ask gp for a referral."

Its good to talk ... cost effective definitely... also tend to begin within few weeks ..

I know a psychotherapist who gives hour long sessions of therapy to his clients over Skype, he gets paid through PayPal or revolout, unfortunately its the same price as meeting in person so that's no good to you, just because its not in person doesn't mean it'll be cheaper, he actually prefers it this way as he doesn't need an office nor does he even need to clean his house beforehand if he was using his home as an office  |
