What concerns me about Cock Rings, particular the metal ones, is that getting one on may be relatively easy, but removing it might require a rather embarrassing visit to the local A&E!
They are particularly popular in Germany, but I personally don't think that I would need to use one, because I have good 'staying power', from what I have been told!

Used a rubber ring type just to try. I didn't notice anything in terms of lasting longer but Mrs Datenite was impressed with the visuals of it as it gave a certain "pump" to it (sorry, didn't know how else to say that  ) |

It all comes down to using them right. Some rings are more for the scrotum nit the shift, and some are for the base of the shaft(does give a visual more fuller look) and there is one that go around the base of the gland to delay the male orgasm. Like a poster above said very popular in Germany and parts of europe. Some use a ring for the base of the shaft with one for the base if the gland. Rubber or semi hardened latex ones are best as easily removed.
