Someone who I want looking at me with that glint in their eyes which lets me know they feel the same way.

My Fwb (known her for years only been fwb this year) has always done something to make me puty in her hands. I can't even explain what it is, just like a look or something. She does it on purpose too always gets her way  |

It not something that someone does, it is more of something someone is:
1- a lady who is naturally and extremely intelligent, oh gosh. That includes intellectual and emotional intelligence.
2- a redhead with a Northern Irish, Donegal or a similarly appealing accent, wow.
Combine the two together and OHHH sweet fucking mother of Jesus !.... I will probably be walking down the aisle in a matter of months, lol
