Without winter, spring might be less welcome.

For anyone suffering with SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), grapefruit essential oil (2 drops or as the manufacturer advises) in a diffuser or burner has an uplifting effect. |

Definitely must try that - hate SAD in the winter.
I use a LED lamp for about 30 mins a day when working, seems to help and lift the spirits. |

It affects me maybe two or three days in the year, usually on those days where the sky is just a very particular shade of grey that never changes. It's hard to describe as it's a very particular shade. It really really gets me down. |
