Any advice on how I can force myself to sleep ? |

I used to struggle on night shifts too, could never sleep before one so I used to take time to rest, turn phone off, set alarm, earplugs, eye mask, and go to bed and just relax. |

I'm completely different couldn't sleep properly for about 20years working day shifts. Switched to nites and I'm like a well oiled machine. Go to work , clock out go home have a light snack and glass of water, juice. Head to bed and boom. Get around 5/6hours sleep |

Her Goal came second in the FIFA goal of the year competition....hardly flukey ...she also broke her leg which set her back a couple of years...she at least followed her dreams
