Okay, so we're all socially programmed to declare & compare parts of ourselves we hate or think are wobbly or need worked on....
But feck that for a fig roll 
I'm not perfect, kids and gravity are writing their own story on me but I own my stripes and soft places.

We can only control our own actions not other's reactions as you know.
If you set out to be kind without anything in return that's your reward and you should be proud of being a great and good person.

It's absolutely not stupid and I think plenty of times in life we need to remember to keep working on the inside self as much as the outside |

I'm happy I can still get out of bed in the mornings and just about tie my shoe laces. Other than that I'm happy I'm still able to live an active lifestyle after the yoga gives me some flexibility back |

Glad you're winning your war!!
Takes a lot of will power when the pain outweighs the ease.
That's why I do pilates, keeps me flying right and I love it. Seriously considering yoga but think it might be a downward dog too far |

Taking an interest in your health is an attractive quality whatever body shape or type you have. We all want to live long and be frisky in to our dotage.... or maybe that's just me, dodgy hinges and all

Yoga, daily sea swim etc, They have enormous physical and also mental benefits so you end up fitter, flexible and much calmer.
Shaving after 40 years was painful for a while, it felt as if I was stripping the skin off, until I discovered hand made shaving soap. |
