Jokey can be covering nerves or just trying to lighten the mood. Usually a joke really is just a joke even if it lands differently with different folk.
Classy is definitely subjective.
And age guarantees nothing as far as character or class imho. I've chatted brilliantly with and gotten agro from the most mannerly and the most cantankerous in all ages.
I imagine most have their age preferences edited down based on kids' ages, personal past experiences and the basics of physical preferences. |

I suspect people, ahem "adjust their age down" to match the age requirements of the ladies whose attention they are trying to attract. I'm not sure however though how they explain the obvious age discrepancies if/when they meet

You can make what you think are classy profiles more visible to everyone by fabbing their pics - the most fabbed pics for men are nearly always cock pics (not that the right cock pic couldn't be classy mind!)

Classy - well that is for the lady to decide.
Over 45 - that was a wee while ago and life was a lot busier and stressful then, so thankfully the 'mature' years are much better.
I think healthy, touch of humour, manners, respect, enthusiasm, kindness and an open mind are more important attributes than a specific age.
