My phone's going bonkers...

It has a mind of its own  . Keeps doing things although I'm not asking it to, screen going crazy, flashing, refreshing...
BUT - the oddest part about it is, I have a spare phone and it's doing the exact same thing, and started at the same time  ...
Anyone know how to fix...tried power reboot. Don't suggest factory reset please as I can't lose any information... |

Check the settings for any updates,install if any is needed. If that doesn't work. Check the network setting make sure the right Internet setting is there ie 3/4/5g. Same issue with a Huawei last year |

Same thing happening to my phone... android Samsung. I was thinking it was fab lol. any idea what solved your issue? |

I don't know. It just resolved itself. I didn't do anything to help it along. The curious thing is, 2 different phones started at the same time with the same problem and resolved at the same time. |
