"Apparently an upside down pineapple is a sign for swinging, I didn't know that.
What other signs do you know of that indicate that you or others partake in swinging?
Pampas grass?"
Where does one put this upside down pineapple? Or where would one look for such an invite? |

Historically, you may be interested to know that in Victorian times, when big houses had walled gardens and lean-to heated glass houses the absolute pinnacle of gardening expertise was the head gardener's ability to grow a pineapple which would be displayed at the centre of the landowner's dining table for his wealthy invited guests, possibly including royalty, to admire.
The pineapple was a very significant symbol of wealth, prestige, and gardening expertise.
Only the absolute elite could afford to grow the pineapple, and there are reports of pineapples being loaned to other houses.
There may be a connection, possibly! |

"Pampas’s Grass is a key one I’m sure
My 72 year old mother has lots of pampas grass and I can guarantee you she’s not a swinger unless she’s planting it on my behalf "
I may as well cancel my trip to Argentina then if pampas grass has nothing to do with swinging. I thought the place would be full of them |

There just was a lady in front of me at Lidl check out, the last few things she put on the belt was:
2 pineapples
3 big blocks of Kerry Gold
4 packets of organic cellery
She's all set for the weekend now... |

Nope. I assume she likes the rippled surface of the celery sticks, when you bundle few together you get the girth needed.
Or she's training for anal, one stick at the time, it also would explain the amount of butter... |

Those are just some of the ingredients for the "pineapple and celery" butter pie, that no one has heard of |
