My effort to cut down on using cliches is going well.

I'm just taking each day as it comes and giving it 110%.

Basically, I think you've hit the nail on the head, without shooting yourself in the foot, in a manner of speaking, by putting your finger on the pulse, in a manner of speaking, if I've read you correctly, without resorting to stereotypes.

The most misquoted cliche is the one in which Einstein (the genius ) is reported to have said that madness is doing the same thing repeatedly but also expecting a different result each time.

He never ever said this!
