This topic has cropped up before; the Phoenix Park is one of the most intensively monitored parks in the world: it includes the President's residence, Aras an Uachtarain, HQ for Gardai in Ireland, American Ambassador's residence, and the Zoo which has an incredibly sophisticated CCTV system.
It would be extremely unwise to consider PP as your preferred location, unless you know different! |

Never mind this lad. Loads of dogging spots other side of park away from those locations. |
