Presuming it's done right, it has to be tiramisu. Warm chocolate fudge cake with ice cream moist carrot cake or a tart lemon cheesecake are my 'back up' plans.

I do have a sweet tooth but as regards to cake I must say I do enjoy Black Forest cake. Usually it’s very rich so small amounts is a must but if you get a good one it’s heaven on earth . Mmmm I’m feeling quite peckish now.....
